Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz package Lemon Burrata Ravioli (we found at Trader Joe's) or any fresh or frozen ravioli
  • 1 jar Francesco Rinaldi Classic Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbl extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn + a few for garnish
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, sauté the garlic in oil for a few minutes on med heat, not letting it burn. Add the basil and red pepper flakes, cook a few more minutes, swirling the pan so the oil immerses with the flavors. Remove from heat and add the alfredo sauce, wine, and black pepper. Stir to combine and put back on low heat, letting it simmer.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli for 3-4 minutes. Drain the pasta and plate individually by spooning Alfredo sauce over the tender ravioli and finish with basil garnish.
